How long does delivery take?

All orders placed before the 2pm cut-off are shipped the same working day. If you miss the cut-off time your order will be shipped the next available working day. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.

This excludes errors made when providing shipping details, or missed parcel deliveries.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. We can't promise anything, as orders are usually processed immediately and ship the same day. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

We cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied at checkout.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us straight away and we will endeavour to catch it before dispatch, though this cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, you can still return it under your statutory right to cancel — see our Refund Policy for full details.

What is Polcore?

Polcore mouldings are made from recycled polystyrene, an alternative picture moulding material manufactured by Mainline Mouldings UK. You can read more on our Eco Friendly Frames page.
