Domestic Shipping Policy
 

Shipment processing time

All orders made before 2:00PM are processed and shipped the same day .

We currently use Royal Mail Shipping and excpect items to be delivered within 2 -3 working days we also provide tracking details with each order placed.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lithobee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

In the unfortunate event that you order is lost or is damaged during transit please contact our customer services who will be happy to assist.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel and a further 14 days to send the item back. Full details, including who pays return postage, are in our Refund Policy.
